Stutter video output in OBS studio

Hi Team,

I'm using OBS studio for transcoding 8k 60fps video to 8k 20 fps for recording in 8GB device

I saw the memory was utilized > 95% during the operation and output also stuttery.

When I check the OBS logs almost 60% of frames are skipped due to rendering or encoding lag

I want to know what is the minimum memory requirement for 8k-8k transcoding in obs studio?
