Partial black screen when using window capture

Hello,

I'm having difficulty with certain incorrect window capture recordings. It's intermittent, and the actual capture of the video is black, even while some aspects of the site remain visible in the foreground. I'm using full screen mode on the video I wish to record. I've tried Brave and Chrome. Please help.
