OBS not as sharp as Elgato Studio / Capture

I have a 4k60 PRO Mk2, Gaming PC Monitor is mirror'ed to stream PC as 2560x1440

Elgato Studio has no issues, 1440, max bitrate, h265/hvec and h264 - both look the same, sharp good!
OBS, Base/Output: 2540x1440, 60fps. nothing downscaled
Local recording Nvidia Hvec and H264 at 100Mbit Bitrate AND x264 100Mbit - all on constant bitrate CBR

The difference is night and day - please take a look at the video for example... am i missing something?

FIXED:

My issues was Capture card was defaulting to 1080p even tho was 1440p and it was upscaled:
