So I've been trying to record Minecraft game play and no matter what i do its always fuzzy/blurry, Like even with good settings like in CQP i have a CQ of 15 and I've tried CBR with 70,000 set as my bit rate along with a bunch of differing bit rates and nothing has changed and my base and output res is set to the same and i cant tell what the issue is (first screenshot is from OBS second is in game)

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored.
To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log File. "Last Log File" is for the last session (the last time you ran OBS). In some cases you may be asked to select "Current Log File" instead, which is for the current session.
Click on the "Copy URL" button to copy the link to your clipboard, then paste the link in your forum...

Change your monitor to SDR / 8-bit (for now).
1. In Windows, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode.
2. Run OBS as Admin.
3. Color Formats other than NV12 and P010 are primarily intended for recording, and I know you're recording, but for now change your Color Format in Settings -> Advanced to NV12.
4. Having the Color Range set to "Full" will cause playback issues in certain browsers and on various video platforms. Shadows, highlights and color will look off. In OBS, go to "Settings -> Advanced" and set "Color Range" back to "Limited" (for now).
5. Record to MKV. If you record to MP4 or MOV and the recording is interrupted, the file will be corrupted and unrecoverable. If you require MP4 files for some other purpose like editing, remux them afterwards by selecting File > Remux Recordings in the main OBS Studio window.
6. Display, Game and Window Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene.
7. Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed, and can sometimes interfere with each other. You can use the same Game Capture for all your games. If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.
If still having issues, post new log.

So... I've been making a few (modded) Minecraft videos myself as of late and I don't experience any issues; despite the fact that my hardware isn't exactly top-notch.
My 2 cents... when in doubt: create a new profile. This allows you to fully re-do your hardware settings but without removing what you already set up. So basically, why not try to let the auto configuration wizard check things out to see if that might help?

Thanks! it did help! still looks a little blurry but not as bad as before and im not really sure if there is a way to sharpen it more or fix it more so any other fixes might be helpful but it did at least lessen the blur (first one is from obs the second is from in game)
