Dock text is unreadable

I just updated to the most recent version of OBS (32.2.1), and ever since then the names of the audio inputs have been replaced with a gray box. Neither restarting OBS or my computer helped, and it wasn't doing this before the update. I tested the audio and it seems to still be picking up and recording everything just fine. The only issue appears to be the text. Can anybody explain what's going on here?
