Corrupt/missing frames in recorded MKV file

Hello! I've had a weird issue that started after I had to re-install OBS on a fresh Windows 10 install. Previously I had no issues with the files that recorded, I was able to take them into DaVinci Resolve and edit them as usual. Ever since I basically had a fresh OS install and TRIED to copy all my same settings on the OBS install, the recorded files have video frames with missing data. It might be 5 minutes before one shows up and it might happen 3 times in a single minute.

I'm not sure why this is occurring since everything was working great before. I tried older versions of OBS, newer versions, different video drivers etc. and finally have to ask for help as I'm a little bummed I couldn't figure it out without bothering people.

I am streaming and recording at the same time, which was true before the problem occurred as well. The issue does also occur when I am ONLY recording.
No hardware has changed between the working setup and the non-working setup except I added a larger hard drive, which has shown no other issues so I'm still wondering if it's something I missed on the fresh install.

Attached are the error message I get when I bring the file into DaVinci and what that specific frame looks like on my editing timeline. I can navigate to the exact time on the error and see that the frame does not contain any image like the frames next to it. I've had other folks attempt the same thing with the file and get the same results and all my videos recorded BEFORE the install do not have this issue, so I do not suspect the issue to be on DaVinci's side but with the file integrity itself.

0. Update OBS to 32.2.1 or the newest available version.
1. Audio buffering hit the maximum value. This can be an indicator of very high system load and may affect stream latency or cause individual audio sources to stop working. Keep an eye on CPU usage especially, and close background/unused programs if needed. Occasionally, this can be caused by incorrect device timestamps. Restart OBS to reset buffering.

Source affected (potential cause): TTS through monitor
2. Run updated OBS as Admin.
3. Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed, and can sometimes interfere with each other (NS - Community Day Games). You can use the same Game Capture for all your games. If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.
4. Your log contains streaming sessions with dropped frames. This can only be caused by a failure in your internet connection or your networking hardware. It is not caused by OBS but OBS can help. The quick fix is to go to Settings, Advanced, Network, enable Dynamically change bitrate... [Apply] [OK]. Use TwitchTest to connect to the best server for your location. Do that before you start streaming. If still having issues after that follow the troubleshooting steps at: Dropped Frames and General Connection Issues.
5. Your log also contains sessions with rendering and encoding lag but only 8 frames. Those are caused by GPU overload. In Output Settings, set Multipass to Single Pass and disable look-ahead and adaptive quantization. Those all use additional GPU.
6. Make sure all your plugins are compatible with OBS 32.2.x and up-to-date.

If still having issues, post new log.

0. Will do, but this has been occurring through several versions of OBS, it does not seem to matter how far back or forward I go in version history.
1. Will look at, but the audio quality has never really suffered as far as I can tell, would this have any effect on video? It's just my display's speakers, which are muted (as a way to separate audio). I send my TTS program to them and have OBS listen to those muted speakers.
2. I'm unclear what to do after this step as it doesn't seem to connect to the next on the list. Will do, but what do I look for or do then? Am I just doing this once or specifically before stream/recording?
3. Yes, I know this is not usually recommended, but they're all on separate scenes and only one is active at a time. I organize like this because it helps with my ADHD to not have to switch programs each time (I like to set it to capture a specific window rather than full-screen for privacy paranoia). This was how I had everything set up while recordings were working as well.
4. I'm okay with this part, not worried about dropped frames during stream - my ISP can get iffy which is the reason why I also do the recordings so I don't lose data if my network struggles. I used to use the recording to edit together a complete VOD if the stream went down but with these corrupted/missing frames I can no longer do that with the file as the video won't properly render.
5. This I did change! Thank you very much for the suggestion, I didn't see any decrease in recording quality (in fact it may look better!) so I'm glad to stress my system less.
6. As far as I can tell, the plugins are working great and also the ones that I had back when the recordings were working. They're just audio filters, captions, etc. I don't actually use the background removal one anymore so I'll uninstall it.
