Can't Add a Resource

I'm a new member, I don't have an "Add Resource" button anywhere I can find. Its not on the page when I click Resources (checked the page and source), it's not in the drop down, and not on the "Your resources" page either.

In the forum under Resources -> Plugins -> HOW TO POST A PLUGIN it doesn't mention an account waiting period or approval process.

Any guidance would be appreciated

First, ensure that you have Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) enabled, as it is required to post resources. After you post a resource, it will appear as 'DELETED' under the content section of your profile page. Do not worry this is only a temporary state until a moderator reviews your resource to approve or deny it. You can set up 2FA here https://obsproject.com/forum/account/security

I did have 2FA, but there may have been a delay after setting up. Today after logging in the button is there to "Add Resource". My plugin is pending now
 
I cannot post or update my resources either, and I've just added 2FA, does it take a while to update our status in OBS forum servers? And I did logout and logged in again. Still, no luck yet.
 
Clearing my browser cache, cookies and such also did not work btw. So I assume it's some issue on the server side.
 
Ok, everything seems alright now, so apparently it takes a few minutes after we add 2FA to our account. And it's still probably best to always clear your browser cache until the button is back.
 
Hi! I'd like to publish a plugin resource but the "Add resource" button
doesn't appear for me, even inside the "OBS Studio Plugins" category.

I already enabled two-factor authentication, verified my email, and logged
out and back in, but the button still isn't there. Could a moderator please
enable resource posting for my account?

You just need to be patience. This is your first post. Make sure your 2FA is active.
Take the time to read again about resources and IP policy, and how to post a plugin.

You may wonder why you can't create a new thread in this section of the forums. That's because this section is full of automatically-generated threads for Resources. You can submit your own resource, and when you do that, a thread will be automatically created for you.

Why create a resource? Why not just a normal thread?
