file not found

This is the second time this has occured, and I am unsure as to why it happens, but after recording and clicking stop recording it gets stuck saying 'stopping recording'. Typically when this happens the file is still existing in the output file, but it just does not exist in the folder anywhere...

I just finished recording a video that was about 90 minutes long and hit the Stop Recording button and everything seemed fine. There just isn't a video file in the output folder. There's nothing there. I checked the log file and I can see the recording start and end but I don't know anything...

Right now I'm using OBS through StreamElements, and for some reason when I try to add a Media Source, it can't find any of my files. Even if I copy them from my files to the popup, it doens't let me open them and says it can't find the file. Help? Trying to get this to work so that I have...
